Marinello Schools of Beauty sponsors Miss El Salvador USA 2009 &
Bestows top 3 winners with $2,000 scholarships!

As the oldest and premier chain of beauty schools on the West Coast, Marinello Schools of Beauty proudly sponsored the Miss El Salvador USA 2009 Pageant, alongside La Prensa de Los Angeles and Jennifer International Events. On Friday, October 9th, Marinello bestowed $2,000 scholarships to the top three winners including crowned Miss El Salvador USA 2009, Kimberly Benítez, and runners up, Zaira Torres and Kimberly Bojorquez.

The Miss El Salvador USA pageant is one of the most important Latin beauty events in Los Angeles. Celebrating the beauty, sophistication and intelligence of Salvadoran women and the culture of El Salvador, the pageant showcases 14 young ladies between the ages of 15 to 24, of Salvadoran descent and living in the United States. From these, a winner is selected to become an ambassador for the Salvadoran community in Los Angeles.
